Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Twist IT

At Twist IT, we stand behind the quality of our services and solutions. We want our customers to feel confident when choosing us as their technology partner. This Refund Policy sets out your rights under New Zealand law and our approach to refunds, credits, and cancellations.

Your Rights Under NZ Law

As a New Zealand business, we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). These laws ensure that:
-
Services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill.
-
Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
-
Customers are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) where services or products do not meet these standards.

Refunds & Returns Services

-
If our managed IT services, cloud solutions, or other professional services are not carried out with reasonable care and skill, we will work with you to remedy the issue.
-
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to a partial refund or credit

Products & Hardware

-
Faulty or defective products supplied by Twist IT will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the CGA.
-
Please notify us within 10 working days of receiving goods if there are any issues.
-
Products must be returned in their original condition (unless faulty).

Change of Mind
-
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.
-
Where possible, we may offer a credit at our discretion.

Cancellations
-
Managed service contracts and subscriptions (such as Microsoft 365 or VoIP services) may have minimum terms. Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement.
-
For month-to-month services, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

Final Note

This Refund Policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand law. Where the Consumer Guarantees Act applies, you may have additional protections beyond what is listed here.
Would you like me to also create a shortened “website-friendly” version (a more compact version with headings and bullet points for your Wix refund policy page), or do you prefer to keep the full legal-style version above?
